Purpose
The scholarship program exists to broaden student access to a range of post-secondary educational paths and to reduce barriers that could prevent students from achieving their career and life goals.
Selection and Nominations
State-level recipients are chosen using the NAFEPA scholarship application and the associated scoring guidelines. MASFPS will nominate two State candidates to be considered for one of four NAFEPA Scholarships. Each NAFEPA Scholarship is $5,000, paid over two years as $2,500 per year. No more than two of the NAFEPA awards will be granted to applicants who are pursuing a degree, license, or certification in education.

The Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship awards high-achieving Indiana high school and college students up to $10,000 per year, renewable for as many as four academic years.
