The NCAPA Endowment Student Grants fund one student from each physician assistant (PA) program in North Carolina to support clinical-year training. Grants are available only to NCAPA student members who are enrolled in a North Carolina PA program and entering or already in their clinical year. The program is administered by the North Carolina Academy of Physician Associates (NCAPA) and aims to support students as they transition into clinical rotations. Eligibility
Membership: Applicants must be current student members of the North Carolina Academy of Physician Associates (NCAPA).
Program Enrollment and Timing: Applicants must be enrolled in a North Carolina PA program and be in their clinical rotations (not pre-clinical) as of September 2026.
Geographic/Program Scope: Eligibility is limited to students in NC PA programs; out-of-state or non-enrolled students do not qualify.

Award
Allocation
Number of Grants: One student grant is available for each accredited PA program in North Carolina.

Requirements
Required Documents: A complete application includes the NCAPA form, answers to the application questions, and an official transcript from your PA program.
Transcript Specifications: Transcripts must be official (no copies) and are part of the required packet; unofficial transcripts will not satisfy this requirement.
Completeness: Applications missing any required item (form, responses, official transcript) will be considered incomplete and may not be reviewed.
