Investor Advocacy Scholarship

Scholarship Sponsored by Securities Fraud Attorneys

Value: $1,000.00
Awards Available: 1
Deadline : Aug 31, 2026

Overview
Investment frauds — including Ponzi schemes — continue to target retail investors, and the products used by fraudsters are becoming more complex (stocks, bonds, real estate and cryptocurrency among them). At Securities Fraud Attorneys we believe investors are entitled to full disclosure from the companies they back: clear information about costs, risks and the people running the investments. We also prioritize educating individuals about red flags to watch for and the common paths for resolving disputes, such as class action litigation, securities arbitration, and SEC whistleblower actions.

About Securities Fraud Attorneys and Scott Silver
Securities Fraud Attorneys is led by Scott Silver, a nationally known advocate for investors. Scott chairs the Securities Fraud Group of the American Association for Justice, serves on the board of PIABA (Public Investors Advocate Bar Association), and actively lobbies for stronger investor protections. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating. Together with his team, Scott has recovered millions of dollars for defrauded investors through class actions, arbitration, and SEC whistleblower claims.

2026 Investor Advocacy Scholarship
Because investment opportunities are more accessible to younger people every year and because investor education matters, we are pleased to offer the 2026 Investor Advocacy Scholarship. This is a single $1,000 award for a current or incoming college student who demonstrates a commitment to investor advocacy and education. Read the eligibility and application requirements below carefully and submit your materials by the application deadline: August 31, 2026.

- Employees of Securities Fraud Attorneys, their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse), and anyone living in the same household as such employees (related or not) are not eligible.
- Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and be in good academic standing.

Application requirements
- Complete the online application form with all requested information.
